Service Description
DEEP CLEANING DESCRIPTION /ALL ROOMS INCLUDE: We pull out as much furniture as we can without causing an accident or risking injury For the safety of our employees they will not be lifting anything over 25lbs. Thorough dusting and vacuuming throughout the house Polishing of all furniture Walls dusted down and washing of any obvious marks. Wet washing of baseboards and baseboard heaters, window frames, window sills, latch lock areas, bathroom vanities, kitchen cabinets, doors & door frames. High dusting and remove cobwebs We do our best at organizing and replacing everything back in its original place Mirrors, pictures and wall hangings cleaned Wastebaskets are emptied in the rooms that we have cleaned We do not touch any heirlooms, antiques or valuables Vacuuming of upholstery and under cushions Chandeliers, glass globe fixtures and light fixtures will be lightly dusted to keep up with cobwebs All kitchen and bathroom floors are washed and towel dried All floors and carpets areas vacuumed / washed BATHROOMS Complete cleaning of bathroom tub and shower, toilet, sink, tiles, vanity and counter tops. KITCHEN We clean outside surfaces of major appliances, stove and stove top, dishwasher, refrigerator, trash compactor and any other. We clean the inside of the microwave. Countertops and sink wiped cleaned. Any dishes left in the sink will be placed in the dishwasher if space allows or set aside. We wash upper and lower of all kitchen cabinets. If there is any open space above kitchen cabinets they can be vacuumed out. Outside rim of burner on stove will be lifted and cleaned underneath. If specified (Electric Stove) you want the trays washed out you are responsible for removing & replacing the burners and trays. GOOD GENERAL CLEANING All of the above except for the following: We will not be pulling out all the furniture, we will use a dust buster to get behind the best we can. Dry dusting of all woodwork, we do wet wash window sills & latch lock areas Wash fingerprints and woodwork around door knobs and other areas as needed as well as kitchen cabinet handles.
Cancellation Policy
Payment Policy: Payment is Due Prior to ALL services. Vacation Rental/ Air BNB payments are Due in Advance (7days). We accept Cash. Checks, Venmo Late Fee: Payments not Paid on the Service date are subject to a late fee of $25.00. In addition, interest will be charged at the rate of twelve percent (12%) per month on all overdue amounts. Top Notch Cleaning reserves all rights available under Oregon law to collect any amounts due and owing pursuant to this agreement. No Show Fee: If the cleaning appointment is cancelled same day or we arrive at your home and nobody is present or you inform us that you forgot to call to cancel, a $75 fee will apply. If a cleaning appointment (s) is/are cancelled less than 72hours in advance, 100% of service total will still be charged to you. If you are needing to cancel your entire service, these requests must be made BY PHONE CALL ONLY. If a cleaning is rescheduled by the client less than 24 hours in advance, rather than cancelled, a fee of $60.00 will be charged. Client agrees to reimburse Top Notch for all costs (including attorneys’ fees) incurred by Top Notch Cleaning in collecting late payments. Accounts with excessive no show or cancellation rates may be closed by management even if fees are paid. Returned Check Fee: Returned checks are subject to a $25.00 processing fee, and may incur late payment fees if issue is not immediately remedied.
